Pump is a high-rep, low-weight barbell and dumbbell class designed to build lean muscle, burn fat, and improve muscular endurance. Set to motivating music, this full-body workout targets every major muscle group using barbells, dumbbells, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises.

Whether you're new to lifting or a seasoned athlete, Pump is easily adaptable to match your fitness level.

What to Bring: Water bottle, towel, and your strength! Equipment provided.
