BoxFit is a high-energy boxing-inspired fitness class that combines real boxing technique with conditioning. You’ll learn proper punches, combos, and footwork while pushing your cardio, strength, and endurance to the next level.

This 30-minute session blends shadowboxing, heavy bag work, pad drills (if partner-based), and core-focused exercises in a fast-paced, sweat-drenched format. Whether you're a beginner or a fighter at heart, BoxFit delivers a knockout workout that leaves you feeling strong, empowered, and unstoppable.
